Important Information

PLEASE NOTE:
The rates are in NAD, including bed and breakfast, VAT and 2% Tourism Levy.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
31 to 22 days prior to arrival, 25% of the invoiced amount.
21 to 16 days prior to arrival, 50% of the invoiced amount.
15 to 8 days prior to arrival, 75% of the invoiced amount.
7 to 0 days prior to arrival, 100% of the invoiced amount.
No shows 100% of the invoiced amount.
All cancellations will be reconfirmed in writing, non-receipt of a cancellation confirmation means that the reservation has not been cancelled, irrespective of whether an email has been sent.
CHILDREN POLICY:
Children 3 and younger are free of charge.
Children 4 - 12 are charged 50% of rack rate providing they share with their parents.
Children 13 and older are charged full adult rate.
Date of birth of the child/ren to be supplied at the time of making the reservation to qualify for the child policy.
GUIDE POLICY:
Guide rates are available on request and on a subject of availability.

KEYS:
Missing keys are a security issue.
There is an N$1000.00 charge for any set of missing keys.
SMOKING AND PETS:
Pets are not permitted at all and smoking is not permitted inside the Guesthouse.
Extra charges will be incurred if this policy is not honoured.
The charges are based on the fee for professional smoke cleaning services plus a fee for loss of business due to the inability to rent the room.
There are designated smoking areas outside.
HIGH-SPEED INTERNET:
High-speed Internet is provided free of charge to guests of the Guesthouse.
FLOOR LEVELS AND STAIRS:
Please do let us know if you have any difficulty climbing stairs.
The guesthouse has three rooms upstairs and no elevator.
We do have a luggage service.
