Koensrust Tented Camp can accommodates eight people in three seperate canvas cabins, two fitted with queen beds and one with four single beds. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen and dining room area is in a converted boat shed. Around and between the kitchen and the cabins is a large partly covered wrap around wooden deck, that's completed with picnic tables, a bar area, as well as a glorious large pit braai.

There is an inside hot-water shower and the flush toilet is in an outhouse boasting a beautiful a view, under the milkwoods just above the sheds.

Please note that the last 200 meters of the track down to the river is very steep. Guests wanting to drive themselves down would require a 4×4 with low range and will need to sign an indemnity to be able to this. Guests without a low range 4×4 can arrange for the staff to transport their belongings down to the camp and back up again by prior arrangement.
