About Klein Karoo Game Lodge

Located in the heart of the Klein Karoo, Klein Karoo Game Lodge Oudtshoorn is along the popular Route 62. Guests are invited to enjoy nature and the spectacular stars in a safe and private setting.

Choose from self-catering chalets or luxury rooms, catering to various preferences. The lodge also features the on-site Spitzkop Restaurant, perfect for dining convenience. Fully powered by solar energy and electricity.

Chalet 1 comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen. The main bedroom contains 1 queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, basin, and toilet. The second and third bedrooms each have a single bed and share a bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, 4-plate gas stove, kettle, crockery, and cutlery. The unit operates on solar power and electricity.

Chalets 2, 3, and 4 each comprise a bedroom with a double bed and an open-plan bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet. Each has an open-plan lounge and kitchenette with a microwave, fridge-freezer, 2-plate gas stove and kettle, crockery, and cutlery. The unit operates on solar power and electricity.

Additional facilities for all the chalets include a braai area, a gas geyser, and secure parking on the premises.

Our Mountain View Suites are twin rooms with a private bathroom with a shower. The terrace offers stunning mountain and garden views.

Guests can go hiking and cycling on the farm and enjoy game viewing at their leisure.

Oudtshoorn Golf Course is 19 km from Klein Karoo Game Lodge, while Cango Wildlife Ranch is 19 km from the property. George Airport is 80 km away.

★★★★★ Sitting on the Balcony and been able to see so many Mountain ranges and being so so close to the Animals, especially the Giraffes. Beautiful.

★★★★★ Nice house, a guinea fowl was arround us most of the time, and the two giraffes visited the house twice.Some Springbok, Orix, Eland, Ostriches and turtles are feeded around 16.30 and it was nice to be so close, especially for our daughter.
