The first properties, which were sold along Long Street, became small “town farms” and today The Klein Nektar Wine & Olive Estate is one of the most picturesque of these town farms. Important Information
DEPOSIT’S:
A 50% Deposit is required to confirm any booking and the rest of the accommodation are to be settled a week (7 business days prior to arrival).
CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Between 30 and 15 days prior – 25% of the total Reservation Value will be charged.
• Between 14 and 7 days prior – 50% of the total Reservation Value will be charged.
• Less than 6 Days prior – 100% of Accommodation Value will be charged.
• (All subject to re-booking, in which case only a R250-00 admin fee will be charged)
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check in 14h00 – 18h00 ~ Check out 08h00 – 10h00
• Please note we do not have a front desk, as this is Self-Catering.
• On the morning of your arrival you will receive a courtesy call to firm up your estimated time of arrival.
• On your arrival we will provide your key and a brief walk through of the facility.
• Prior arrangements to be made 48 hours ahead of time for the arrival after 18h00 / departure before 08h00
• A R200 surcharge will be levied for any arrivals after 20h00.
CHILDREN POLICY:
We accept children of all ages at the Cottage and Children 12+ at the Manor, but require adult supervision at all times as to ensure not only their safety, but also no disturbances to any of the other guests.
Klein Nektar cannot be held liable for any injuries to children whether it be with or without adult supervision. The premises and all its facilities are to be used at guest’s own risk.
SMOKING POLICY:
All interior and public areas at Klein Nektar is strict non-smoking. Strictly use cigarette cemeteries to extinguish your cigarette butts or any smoking utensil.

Due to the nature of the farm environment, no pets are allowed.
