We had a very relaxing stay with Sue and Phil. They were very accommodating and made local dinner recommendations and suggested activity ideas. We enjoyed the dog Tessa's company, as well as an amazing array of birds whilst having buffet breakfast on the veranda. Gorgeous surroundings and would love to return in warmer weather. But it was perfect even in the off season, with the fire lit, free WiFi and lovely atmosphere. Thanks for the stay.

Having been recommended Kingfisher Country House by UK friends we had no doubts whatsoever about the standard of accommodation and service that would meet us on our arrival. If there is a better B&B in South Africa then the Kingfisher then it must be an exceptional place, because the Kingfisher is the best that I have ever stayed in. The hosts are fantastic, the accommodation is superb and as for the breakfast, that I can guarantee cannot be beaten for taste, quantity, and freshness.

Very relaxing, a home from home wonderful breakfasts and back from the main road so the traffic noise doesn't disturb you. The added bonus of the wild birds feeding when you also have breakfast next to you is a real treat.
