Please note that the self-contained villas are not air-conditioned. Air-conditioning is available in your villa, based on availability, for an additional charge of $50 per night, payable on arrival. Please use the special request box when booking or contact the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Air-conditioning will only be provided if confirmed by property and it may only be available in some areas of the villa. Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit card. Please note that unless otherwise stated, return passenger or vehicle ferry transfers are not included in the booking. Return passenger ferry transfers are charged AUD 60 per adult and AUD 30 per children between 4 and 14 years. Vehicle ferry transfers vary depending on the date of arrival. All ferry charges can be payed upon check-in at the resort. For guests who elect to utilize the walk-on passenger ferry transfers service, they will automatically be booked on a 15.30 departure from River Heads and 10.30 departure from the resort. Alternative departure times from River Heads are 9:00, 12:30 and 18:45. If you would prefer one of these times please arrive at River Heads reception at least 30 minutes' prior to the scheduled departure. For guests who elect to utilize the 4WD vehicle ferry transfers service; advance booking is required. Please contact the property for further details, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Interconnecting rooms and rooms with disabilities facilities are available upon request. Please note that for guests arriving on the 9:00 or 12:30 ferry, your room may not be ready immediately upon arrival. POLICY_CHILDREN All children are welcome. All children under 4 years are charged AUD 25 per stay for children's cots/cribs. The maximum number of children's cots/cribs in a room is 1. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
