Important Information
Check in from 14h00 until 18h00. Late arrivals can only be accommodated by prior arrangement if we are able to.
Check out 10h00 - late departures by arrangement and for a fee.
Please note the following conditions
All tariffs are subject to change without prior notification.
All prices are charged per unit per night.
Refundable key and breakage deposit of R500.00 payable in all self-catering units, in cash only on arrival. R2000 for the lodge/self-catering house. This will be refunded within 5 working days after departure if all is in order.
Occupancy is determined by the number of beds
Daily morning servicing of self-catering apartments is included in the quote excluding public holidays and Sundays..
B&B rooms daily service is included in the quote.
Breakfast is an optional extra and must be pre booked.
The main lodge building with its decks are not open to the public over Christmas and Easter as it is rented out as a self-catering unit.
No breakfasts are served over Christmas, Easter and some weekends.
Keys are to be left at reception on departure.
Please note that NO day visitors are permitted at any time- for the safety of all our registered guests. Failure to respect this condition may result in the cancellation of your booking without refund or a penalty deducted from your deposit. This amount is solely is at the managers discretion.
Under no circumstance may any pets be brought onto the property.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to
confirm your booking.
The balance of your account is payable 10 days prior to arrival.

Extra beds can be added to some units on request and is charged for at R250 per bed. Children sharing their parents bed will still be charged for as an extra bed.
Noise levels must always be kept to a level that respects the rights of other guests checked in at that time.
