Staff very friendly and helpful. Accommodation clean and tidy. Perfect for a safe place while passing through. Fridge and micro in room... but no cutlery or crockery of any kind, so cooking not possible.

Not good. Photo's on internet doesn't look like real room at all. We stayed in nr 5, I am not sure if the photo's are of others rooms.Cupboard bottom skew, bathroom sliding door doesn't even close "gap", TV remote didn't workI think the "better" rooms should be R550, but definitely not the one we stayed in. It is really secondhand/run down.

First the positives: The second room we were put in had a working DsTV and aircon and the mattress was good.Negatives: We had to be moved to another room because the aircon in the first one did not work. There was a bit of a mixup over the number of rooms required, but this was easily sort out. The young lady on the desk - Tasmeen, went out of her way to be helpful
