Important Information
- Check-in/ Out Times:
* Check-in is from 14h00 to 18h00. Check-out by 10h00. Late check-outs on request only, and an extra day’s rate will be charged.
- Luggage Rack:
* Kindly use the luggage rack provided. Do not place suitcases / bags on the bed.
- Smoking:
* Smoking is not permitted indoors.
- Heaters:
* Please remember to switch off the Bathroom heater after showering.
- Wi-Fi:
* Network: Room 1 Password: 082 843 9942
- Key & Gate remote:
* Lost keys and gate remote will incur a R 1,500.00 replacement fee.
- Safety Box:
* Please leave the safe door open on departure.
- Parking:
* There is one covered parking bay per apartment. Although the utmost care has been taken regarding security, we cannot be held responsible for any damage to or loss of vehicles. Please ensure that vehicles are locked at all times.
- Visitors: Visitors are limited to 2 and unfortunately no parking is available on the premises for visitors. Please use your gate remote for the entry and exit of visitors.
- Noise Levels:
* We respectfully ask that guests consider neighbours on either side by keeping noise levels down, and TV volume at a lower level, especially after 22h00.
- Braai:
* Kindly move the kettle braai to the lawn / paved area when making a braai. Please do not braai on the patio.
- Emergency:
* In the event of an emergency, please assemble at the entrance gate.
- Servicing:
* Apartments are serviced daily, except on weekends and public holidays. Staff will only be available to service apartments until 11h00. Please do not flush any items other than toilet paper down the toilet
- LAUNDRY:
* Laundry service available on site.
- Towels & Linen:
* Please be respectful of bedsheets and towels. Makeup/ foundation, face medication/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linen/towels. Rolled grey towels are in a basket provided for removal of these products.
* Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products.
If cancelling 1 day before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
We regret no children under the age of 12.
