1. Bookings
1.1. A booking constitutes a binding contract. All guests confirming a booking are advised to pay the required deposit.
2. Accounts / Invoices
2.1. All accommodation accounts are to be settled in full on arrival – internet banking and credit card facilities are available.
2.2. Sundries and extras will be invoiced separately and are to be settled on the last day of stay.
2.3. No refund will be made once the account is settled.
2.4. Rates are subject to change without prior notice – however rates on confirmed bookings will be held.
3. Valuables, belongings, safety and vehicles
3.1. Guests are to ensure that all valuables are kept in a safe place, Kareespruit Game Lodge and its owners do not take any responsibility for loss or damage of any belongings.
3.2. Guests enter and leave the premises of Kareespruit Game Lodge at their own risk.
3.3. Measures are in place to ensure the safety of guests and vehicles on the premises – however, the owners of Kareespruit Game Lodge do not take responsibility for injury or loss.
4. The right of admission is reserved
4.1. The owners of Kareespruit Game Lodge have the right to request that any guest leave the premises with immediate effect, should the need arise, due to disturbance, damage to property, unruly behavior or any other reason whatsoever. The decision of the owner/management will be regarded as final. No payments will be refunded at this time. The above Terms and Conditions are deemed as being accepted on receipt of confirmation of a booking.
