Kandili Camp is a beautiful eco-camp overlooking the mottled plains of the Maasai Mara National Reserve, a short walk away from the world-famous Leopard Gorge. It is an intimate tented camp, designed to provide total comfort and a sensation of being part of the great African wilderness.The camp offers six luxury tents with en-suite bathrooms, hot showers and solar electricity. All the tents are decorated in African style, set among scattered acacia trees overlooking the savannah. Important Information
Payments must be made in the nominated currency stated. A Deposit of 30% is required to confirm a booking and full payment must be made by bank transfer to Kandili Camps Ltd. ; 30 days during Peak & High Season and 15 days during Mid & Low Season prior to arrival of guests. The Management reserves the right to deny services to guests or claim full Rack Rate payment from the guest should payment not be made in accordance with this agreement.
CHILD POLICY: Child under 4 years - FREE. From 4-12 (50 % of adult rate). From 12 years same adult rate
EXCURSIONS & OTHER SERVICES: All excursions and other services than the especified, are charged at an extra cost. Minimum 2 pax on all excursions.
RESERVATIONS: All bookings will be provisionally reserved upon receipt of a booking voucher. Telephone call or email enquiries do not guarantee reservation of your bookings.
Late check-out after 10.00 hrs will be charged at 100 US$ per adult and 80 US$ per child. This will include lunch if required.
REFUNDS: Should any client arrive late or request an early departure, no refund will be granted. Whilst Kandili Camp management will ensure that all anticipated accommodation will be available as planned, there shall be no claim of any nature against Kandili Camp management for a refund (either in part or whole), if any accommodation is unavailable and a reasonable alternative was found - or if guests were unable to make use of the services for any reason.
INSURANCES: All guest should take comprehensive insurance cover when paying their confirmation deposit, to cover them for cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses, personal baggage, emergency evacuation home and money. Kandili Camp Ltd. is not responsabile for any of the cost as a result of the issues described under this point.
