About Kalahari Desert Camp
The Kalahari Desert Camp is located on the northern border of the Central Kalahari Game Reserve. The camp offers 12 tented camps with all the modern luxuries and comforts.The tents are all equipped with comfortable beds and en-suite bathrooms with flush toilets and hot showers. The main camp area comprises a reception, dining area, lapa, lounge, viewing deck and swimming pool. Important Information
All reservations must be received in writing via e-mail or by fax. Any special dietary requirements must be forwarded to our reservations department at least 30 days prior to arrival date.
All bookings are held as provisional until a deposit of 50% of the total invoiced amount (as specified on the invoice) is received by us. Should we not receive the deposit, our reservation system will automatically cancel the booking. Once the deposit is received, the booking will be regarded as confirmed on the total number of rooms held. The balance of the payment must be received at least 60 days prior to arrival.
Whilst a booking is held in a provisional status and another booking is received accompanied by a 50% deposit, you will be informed in writing to secure your reservation with a deposit of 50% within five working days. Failure to pay the deposit within this period will result in an automatic cancellation of the entire reservation.
