Kaapsehoop Horse Trails is a well-known and peaceful retreat set on the Drakensberg escarpment, 35 km from Nelspruit. We offer horse riding, self-catering accommodation, educational equine programmes, volunteer experiences and much more.The farm-style self-catering accommodation offers a reviving getaway in the countryside. Important Information
During peak holiday periods (Easter, long weekends, mid-December to mid-January and the school holiday periods) full payment is required to secure the reservation.
During the remainder of the year, a deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking and the balance is payable 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy for peak holiday periods:
30 Days or more - full refund less an admin fee of 10%.
14 - 30 days - 50% refund.
7 - 14 days – 25% refund.
Less than 7 days - No Refund
Cancellation Policy for off-peak holiday periods:
14 Days or more - full refund less an admin fee of 10%.
7 - 14 days - 50% refund.
2-7 days – 25% refund.
Less than 2 days - No Refund
Should you wish to postpone a reservation and costs have increase, the difference will have to be paid. A postponed booking is valid for one year starting on original arrival date.
Any adjustments of confirmed bookings that result in a price change, will be dealt with on a case by case basis subject to availability as well as the nature of the adjustment. This will be dealt with by the sole discretion of Kaapsehoop Horse Trails.
Entering the premises of Kaapsehoop Horse Trails is at own risk. Kaapsehoop Horse Trails will not be held responsible for and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, theft, injury, accident or loss sustained by any person or their property.
