KAALVOET has a lovely view of the Pearl Bay Beach area in Yzerfontein - only 200 metres from the beach. On the other side it borders on a Green Fynbos Belt.
KAALVOET VILLA is perfect for hosting the Bride and her bridesmaids before wedding. We can accommodate up to 16 people in total. The Villa has a beautiful fresh and romantic decor and stunning view for photos.
KAALVOET VILLA is perfect for a small conference of up to 20 people. We have Free Wi-Fi, enough seating and even offer accommodation on the premises.
As this is a self catering venue, it is ideal for families and friends. It is situated only 150 metres from the beach.
All the apartments are tastefully and romantically decorated. The units as well as the Villa is very well equipped for a very comfortable stay.

* Minimum stay is 2 nights
* A breakage deposit of R1500 is payable when booking the KAALVOET VILLA. We will, however, sincerely appreciate the report and replacement of any breakages or damages.
* We kindly request that guests leave the facilities in the same condition it was entrusted to them.
*A Cleaning fee of R300 applies to Fynbos, Seashells and Ocean. A cleaning fee of R800 applies to the Villa.
* Cleaning services are available upon request at an additional fee for guests staying lengthy periods.
* This is a strictly non-smoking facility.
* The owners cannot be held accountable for any accidents and/or theft.
* They are satisfied that the services rendered are of a high standard and to the best of their ability.
* The right of admission strictly applies. Please arrange with the owners should you receive and entertain guests on the premises.
* The unit is situated in a residential area with a green fynbos belt on the one side. Guests should please respect the environment at all times.
* The house is equipped with an alarm system and the area is patrolled by Yzerfontein Armed Response.
* Please take note that Yzerfontein has no full-time medical practitioner on call but has the professional services of a very reliable medical response team.
