Important Information
To avoid any confusion on your arrival, please take note of the following information:
* We are now a gated community and there is only one security gate entrance, which is at the corner of
Monument Road & De Bruin Drive.
* All rates include a Continental breakfast.
* Our check-in times are between 14h00 – 21h00.
* Check out time is 10h00.
* Check-out after 10h00 can be arranged. However, this is subject to the availability of the room and an hourly
fee will be charged.
* Any arrivals outside of our operating hours needs to be pre-arranged.
* Dinners need to be pre-booked when you make your accommodation booking. Please let us know your dietary
requirements.
* Unfortunately, for security reasons we cannot allow any guests’ visitors on the premises unless prior
arrangements are made with management.
* In order to respect all lodgers, we do not tolerate any form of loud noise on the premises.
* No consumption of your own alcohol is allowed on the premises. We have an honesty bar with a large selection
of reasonably priced drinks.
* No day visitors are allowed.
* Payments for all extras (breakfast, dinner, beverages, laundry etc.) can be paid via credit card, debit card or
cash.
* We don't supply an airport shuttle service, but we do arrange a private airport "meet & greet" service, as well
as transfers on request.
* We are not a party venue.
* We do not have self catering facilities.
