Important Information

Rates are quoted and invoiced in South African Rand (ZAR) per person per night, inclusive of: 2 daily game drives, guided wilderness walks, all meals, a selection of house beverages, game drives beverages, 15% VAT and Tourism levy.

The rates exclude the Kruger National Park conservation levy, premium beverages, discretional gratuities and all items of a personal nature.

All rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Main Jock can only accommodate a maximum of two (2) adults per room.

All rates exclude specialty meals (i.e. certified outsourced Halaal and Kosher meals)

We recommend a minimum stay of two nights throughout the year. A minimum 2-night stay restriction is applicable over the applicable Festive Season.

*Adults Travelling (Excluding Fitzpatrick's Villa):*
- Adult Sharing rates apply to persons (12 years and older) sharing one room. Persons 12 years and older are
considered adults and will therefore require their own room at the applicable rates.
- Single Adult rates are only applicable when one adult is staying by him/herself in one room. Not applicable when
an adult is sharing a room with a child/ children.
- Note that all rooms can sleep a maximum of two adults.
- Above mentioned rates are inclusive of breakfast, lunch, dinner, high tea, game drives, guided walks, house
beverages, game drive beverages, tourism levy and 15% Vat (all other items and premium beverages are
excluded and can be settled upon departure).
- Persons under the age of 12 years are not permitted on any walking safaris.

Children staying at Main Jock:
Main Jock accommodate families with children from 6 years and older on the following basis:
o Applicable adult rate(s) will apply to children of all ages.
o A private vehicle is reserved for sole use of the family, the daily surcharge of R 7,500.00 per day for private vehicle use.
o Additional beds can accommodate a maximum of one child each OR two children per bunk bed (11 years or younger)
Persons under the age of 12 years are not permitted on any walking safaris.

Fitzpatrick's at Jock:

Villa Rates are quoted and invoiced in South African Rand (ZAR), inclusive of: 2 daily game drives, guided wilderness walks, all meals, a selection of house beverages, game drives beverages, 15% VAT and Tourism levy for up to 6 persons.
- The rates exclude the Kruger National Park conservation levy, premium beverages, discretional gratuities and all items of a personal nature.
• Fitzpatrick’s at Jock can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults (2 x adults per bedroom) and an additional 4 children between the ages of 0- 11 years by means of additional bunk beds.
- Additional children exceeding the 6 persons inclusion will incur the child supplementary rate as specified above.
- Additional children between the age of 0- 5 years are welcomed on a complimentary basis.
• The Villa Rate is the minimum rate applied to secure the lodge, no discounts or refunds will be given should the lodge be occupied by less than six (6) persons.

A once-off fee is payable in cash upon entering the Kruger National Park. Please ensure you have your accommodation confirmation documentation at hand to ensure entry at the correct price. This fee is subject to change without prior notice and can therefore be obtained upon request from your Safari Expert.

Children’s Policy Applicable to Fitzpatrick’s at Jock
• This policy applies to all persons from 0 up to and including 11 years old.
• Persons under the age of 12 years are not permitted on any walking safaris.
• Children staying at Fitzpatrick’s at Jock:
o Children from 0 up to and including 5 years are permitted at Fitzpatrick’s at Jock ONLY.
o Additional beds can accommodate a maximum of one child each OR two children per bunk bed (11 years or younger)
o Cots can accommodate a maximum of one child per cot.
o Complimentary child minding is offered during game drive hours, additional child minding can be secured at an additional cost outside of these times.
o Additional children from 0 up to and including 5 years old:
▪ are accommodated on a complimentary basis when sharing a room with adults – dependent on the availability of cots and/or additional bed.
▪ are permitted on game drives conducted within the Jock Safari Lodge Concession
o Additional children from 6 up to and including 11 years old:
▪ are accommodated at 50% of the adult sharing rate when sharing a room with adults – dependent on the availability of rooms with an additional bed.
▪ are permitted on game drives.
• Persons 12 years and older are considered adults.

Children staying at Main Jock:
- Main Jock accommodate families with children from 6 years and older on the following bases:
Applicable adult rate(s) will apply to children of all ages.
A minimum of three rooms must be booked per family in order to ensure that the family has sole use of a game viewing vehicle.
