Important Information
The owner will send you an email with a Registration document which you must complete and sign. The Bank details are also on that. The deposit must be paid to their Bank within 24 hours from making the booking
The balance outstanding is payable 7 days before arrival
If guests cancel for whatever reason, there will be no refund of money already paid. However, postponement of the booking will be considered on condition that full payment has been received etc.
Rates subject to change without prior notice
An admin fee and refundable breakage deposit might be added to the Total.
Breakage deposit will be refunded within 30 days after departure
Should monies be received or refunds made to a SWIFT bank account, an additional R185 charge will be levied.
Preliminary bookings will be cancelled after 24 hours if no deposit received.
Payment of deposit (or partial deposit) confirms acceptance of General House rules - see extract further down. Complete copy of House Rules are in a file in the unit, please take notice and adhere to them.
INDEMNITY: The guests hereby freely and wilfully indemnifies and holds harmless the Owner and the Agent against any claim of any nature whatsoever which might be instituted against the Owner or the Agent for any injury, loss, damages or inconveniences suffered by the guests, directly or indirectly, in respect of this Agreement.
The guests enter the premises at their own risk.
Right of admission is reserved
PETS: No pets are allowed.
Additional cleaning can be arranged at the office at an extra fee.
Laundry facilities are available - please arrange at the office.
DSTV: Most units and houses has active DSTV. Please check on our website or contact us to confirm.

GENERAL HOUSE RULES:
All items in the unit has been checked. The contents of the unit will be regarded as correct and the tenants will be held responsible for any shortages or breakages on vacating the premises.
In the event of any appliance being out of order, we cannot be held liable for the replacement thereof.
SECTIONAL TITLE COMPLEXES:
Park in your allocated parking bay - guests park in visitors parking bays.
Only two people per bedroom allowed.
Under no circumstances may any items/furniture be taken to another unit.
If there is a swimming pool in the complex for you to enjoy, please, no boogie boards or motor car tubes in pool. Kids may not hang on to the gate and fence.
Use outside shower to rinse sea sand - please don't rinse off in pool.
No extravagantly loud music; no noise or loud talking please.
In the Marina Martinique no day visitors and private boats are allowed.

Laundry facilities are available - please arrange at the office.
No pets are allowed.
Premises will be checked after departure.
Please leave unit tidy and wash the dishes.
ON DEPARTURE
*Please bring plastic table, chairs (and weber) in and stack them in the unit
*Please ensure all windows are closed, doors are locked and lights switched
off
* Please activate alarm (if applicable)
