* Only checked-in guests may use Iyana’s accommodation.
* Visitors must leave by 20h00.
* Check-in: 14h00 to 18h00. For late check-ins, please contact the establishment.
* Check-out: By 10h00 am. Late check-outs incur additional charges.
* Smoking: Permitted only in designated outdoor areas, in compliance with the Tobacco Control Act.
* Rooms accommodate a maximum of two adults. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
* Laundry services and additional meals are available upon request.
Safety and Security:
* Iyana is not liable for acts or omissions of third-party contractors on its premises. Guests indemnify Iyana against any resulting loss, damage, or injury.
* Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their valuables and travel documents. Iyana accepts no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
* Weapons are prohibited on Iyana premises. Owners must ensure off-site security for weapons unless authorised by management in advance.
* While reasonable security measures are in place. Guests are responsible for their own safety. Iyana staff may access rooms if necessary for safety or security purposes.

* Event-related liability: Guests hosting events are responsible for ensuring third-party contractors comply with applicable laws and indemnify Iyana against any resulting loss or damage.
