Important Information

1. Deposit – 50% deposit is needed to confirm a booking (a booking is only considered confirmed on receipt of deposit)
2. Late bookings: bookings made 7 days or less require full payment at the time of booking
3. Check in: 14h00 – 20h00
4. Check out: 10h00 (failure to do so will entitle Iso’Bella Vita Guesthouse to charge for an additional night, unless otherwise agreed with Management)
5. No pets allowed.
6. No cheques accepted.
7. CHILD POLICY: Kids under 6 stay free – only breakfast will need to be paid for, 7-11 minimum charge and over 12 are charged at adult rate.
8. It is advisable to ensure your travel insurance covers you in case of loss, due to cancellation.
9. Rooms are subject to availability and Iso’Bella Vita Guest House reserves the right to refuse any booking for good reason.
10. Departure prior to the booked departure date will attract full payment of the quoted room(s) rate for the originally booked dates (unless otherwise agreed with Management)
11. Iso’Bella Vita Guesthouse does not allow smoking in its rooms and public areas; however, smoking is allowed on the veranda and in the garden.
12. Iso’Bella Vita Guest House does not accept any responsibility for theft or for damage to the guest’s goods – valuables can be kept safely in the guest’s room safe.
13. Guests of Iso’Bella Vita Guest House can freely make use of the facilities; however, the use of Iso’Bella Vita Guest House’s facilities is at the guest’s own risk.
14. Damage to the Iso’Bella Vita Guest House building or contents thereof, caused by its guest(s), will be added to the guest(s) bill. (This includes damage to mattress’s, bed linen and towels)
15. No booking at Iso’Bella Vita Guest House will be accepted if the guest does not agree with the Terms & Conditions mentioned above.
