I had a bad experience on my stay at IH first when I got there my room had no Towels and I also found that my bedding was not clean I had to ask them to change it for me.

Horrible. The room was nothing like what I saw on the internet. Lies lies lies and very disappointing. I don't how they got their 4th star. You walk in it's extremely loud karaoke night . The reception area is as is on the internet however that was just a face because the rooms in a different building. The room has brown dirty carpet, I really did not want to sleep there. We tried to sell our reservation but couldn't because it was late at night. All managers were not available at the time of check in. Beyond disappointing..the rooms are nothing like what they advertise

The decorating of the dining room/restaurant could be a lot better. The noise from the cocktail was deafening while we were in the restaurant. The music was terribly loud.

The condition of the villa room we had (443) was really disappointing. Cons:Majority of the interior walls had moisture damage (paint was bubbling).The shower drainage was semi-clogged, so you would just end up standing in water as you showered, which is obviously not hygienic with lots of people using the same shower.The soap dish in the shower was broken and just dangling.The bathroom was not cleaned properly before we checked in, as there was a dirty wet wipe on the floor behind the door, and either urine, or a detergent that looked very much like urine still in the toilet bowl.There are...
