The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer in the scullery area. This home is designed to cater to the needs of the modern traveler, offering unlimited Wi-Fi connectivity through a fiber-optic network. Regardless of unforeseen circumstances, like load shedding, guests need not worry, as the home is equipped with a backup electricity supply system that ensures uninterrupted functionality of the Wi-Fi, TV, and alarm system. Additionally, a plumbed-in water tank is available in case of water outages. Working during your holiday is made simple with the inclusion of a study area featuring three built-in desks and a sleeper couch. This versatile space allows guests to remain productive while enjoying their well-deserved downtime. Upstairs, guests will find three spacious bedrooms adorned with elegant decor. The first and third bedrooms boast a double bed and two single beds each, while the middle bedroom offers two single beds. Two of the bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, the first with a luxurious bath, shower, toilet, and basin, and the second with a shower, toilet, and basin. These modern and spacious bathrooms also offer ample built-in cupboards. A third bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet is available for the convenience of all guests. While Beach Haven is ideally situated near the beach, restaurants, and shops, it still manages to maintain a tranquil and serene ambiance. Guests have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the surrounding natural beauty, and if they're lucky, catch a glimpse of the elusive family of small blue duikers, Africa's smallest antelope, in the garden. In order to preserve their peaceful habitat, we regretfully do not allow pets on the premises. All linen and bath towels are provided, so you can pack light and focus on making the most of your beach escape.
