InterContinental Resort Bali counts with a headbuilding and 6 annex buildings. It was constructed in 1993 and the last big renovation was done in 2008. Just outside the 14 hectareas of tropical landscape that belongs to the resort, there is a long beach with white sand. There are 4 restaurants and 2 bars. At the Taman Gita Restaurant they serve breakfast buffet with Asian specialties, at the Jimbaran Gardens they serve light food like fresh seafood and pizzas. The Ko Japanes Restaurant is considered the finest Japanese restaurant on Bali and at Bella Singajara there is á la carte menu.One of the bars are located inside the hotel, close to the lobby and the other at the poolside with views of the ocean.The resort also offers a health and fitness centre with sauna and massage, beauty salon, gymnasium and a health bar, a Spa with sauna and whirlpool, a florist shop and a gift shop. There is a fully equipped business centre and conference rooms. Parking is available as well as housekeeping, laundry service and internet access.The resort bears resemblance to a Balinese community, which makes guest feel that they really are in Bali.
