Check out time is strictly 10:00am.
Check in time is between 3:00pm and 11:00pm. If a guest(s) requires a later check in this is to be arranged with management prior to arrival.
The guest(s) acknowledge joint and several liability for all services rendered until full settlement of bills.
The guest(s) acknowledge a lost key of R150.00 per item in the event of lost key.
The guest(s) acknowledge joint and several liability in the event of any missing or damaged items. The guest(s) will be held responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their friend(s) or any person(s) for whom they are responsible. Missing or damaged items will be added to the guest(s) invoice and is to be settled in full by the guest(s).
The guest(s) acknowledge a late checkout fee of R150.00 per hour for every hour after the check out time has passed.
The guest(s) acknowledge that the Property are not responsible for any items at the Property. In the event items are left behind in the room after check out, the Property is under no obligation to store these belongings after check out.
The guest(s) acknowledges that this is short stay accommodation and may not use this address as their permanent residence.
The guest(s) acknowledge that any payment made is non-refundable. No refund will be due in the event of cancellation and/or alteration of your reservation after payment has been made in full or a portion thereof.
The guest(s) agrees to make immediate payment of all charges incurred upon receipt of statement or on departure, any charges after departure will be charged to the method of payment marked and a statement will be forwarded by email.

All persons entering these premises do so at their own risk and peril. The owners, management and administrators of this premises, including their respective employees, officers, agents and/or contractors, shall not, to the fullest extent permitted by law, be held responsible for:

Any loss or damage whatsoever caused to any property, or vehicle, including but not limited to any loss caused by theft; and/or
Any personal injury or death caused to any person, following any act, omission and/or negligence howsoever arising on the premises.
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. No dogs or other pets are allowed. No firearms are permitted.

Children must be always accompanied by a responsible adult whilst on the premises. Children entering the premises shall be under the sole supervision and responsibility of those adults accompanying them.
