ALL check-ins after 19:00 subject to R350.00 cash payment on arrival.
The establishment accepts NO LIABLITY for any loss or damage to any personal items and/or person for any reason whatsoever.
All cash deposits or cash payments processed by Infinity 602 are subject to an additional R85.00 administration fee per transaction.
All Credit card transactions processed by Infinity 602 are subject to a 4.8% charge
Late checkouts and early check ins may be possible subject to an additional charge of R150.00 per hour or part thereof. This is subject to management pre approval, payable in advance.

All Guests are REQUIRED to present valid ID\Passport at check in for identification and record purposes.
No entry without valid identification.
Check in after 19:30 will be regarded as a "NO SHOW" unless arranged with management prior to arrival day.
Infinity 602 Suite is a strictly NON-SMOKING apartment.
Infinity 602 Suite does NOT ACCEPT PETS.
Guests MAY NOT REMOVE or RE ARRANGE any furniture in the apartment.
Under NO circumstances will Bicycles, Gym Equipment, Surfboards, Roller blades, Wet suits, Skate and Kite boards be allowed in the apartment. No storage of bulk items allowed.
Should you require secure storage of these items, please prearrange with your booking to avoid disappointment.
Secure storage will be subject to availability at an additional charge of R175.00 per day payable in advance.
Identity document, such as a valid passport or ID book MUST BE presented by all guests at check in for verification.
Under NO circumstances will keys be handed over without prior full account settlement of all outstanding balances & ID.
Keys will ONLY be handed over to identified primary BOOKING guest on the reservation with a valid ID.
NO VISITORS are allowed in the unit without prior approval from Management.
NO children Policy.
Loss of keys or remote subject to R1000.00 charge.
