Important Information

* Check-out Time: Check-out is by 10h00. Late check-out may incur an additional charge.
* Payment Policy: Full payment is required before arrival.
* Noise Policy: We are committed to maintaining a peaceful environment. Loud music, noise, and disruptive behaviour are prohibited, especially between 22h00 and 07h00.
* Guests are expected to respect the environment by minimizing waste, conserving water, and refraining from disturbing wildlife.
* Alcohol is permitted in designated areas only. The use of illegal substances or disruptive drinking behaviour is strictly prohibited. Guests found engaging in illegal activities will be asked to leave immediately.
* Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the resort property. Charges will apply for repairs or replacements as necessary.
* Indoni Eco Village Resort is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death during the guest’s stay, except as required by law.
* Please dispose of waste in the appropriate bins provided for recycling and general waste.
* We ask guests to conserve water by limiting showers to reasonable durations and turning off taps when not in use.
* Please switch off lights, fans, and air conditioning when not in use to help reduce energy consumption.
* Smoking is strictly prohibited inside any building or accommodation. Designated smoking areas are available throughout the resort.
* Pets are not allowed unless authorised in advance by the resort.
* In case of an emergency, follow all instructions provided by the resort staff and refer to the emergency exits within the resort.
* Guests must comply with all health and safety regulations outlined by the resort, including the use of masks in shared indoor spaces, if applicable.
* To ensure all guests enjoy a peaceful stay, quiet hours are from 22h00 to 07h00. During these hours, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum.
* All resort activities such as spa treatments, guided tours, Umkhomazi River trails, Mt Zimele hiking and Animal Farm & Inxuluma Cultural Experience require prior booking and are subject to availability.
* All resort facilities, including the pool and the firepit area, are available for use during operational hours. Proper conduct must be always observed.
* We ask all guests to respect the local culture, customs, and traditions. Behaviour that disrespects the local community or culture will not be tolerated.
* These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time, and any changes will be communicated to guests at the time of booking or check-in.
* Governing Law: Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the country or region in which Indoni Eco Village Resort is located.
