Our cottages offer a unique open-plan design. The BO-HO honey-moon suite is a separate building on the property, featuring a queen-size bed and a luxurious bathroom complete with a bath and shower. Enjoy the utmost privacy as you unwind on the deck, which includes a braai, while overlooking the serene river and lush property. We also boast two cottages within the main house, each featuring a private BBQ area with a magnificent river outlook, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen. Indulge in a coffee plunger with a selection of coffees, adding a touch of indulgence to your stay.


The Sunrise cottage features two rooms, each with its own bathroom and shower. One room is fitted with a cozy double bed, while the other offers four single beds, catering to hunters and bikers alike. The Sunset cottage consists of two rooms: one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and a single bed above. Each room features a bathroom with a bath, shower, and separate toilet, ensuring utmost convenience for all guests.


Our living rooms are well-appointed with a full DSTV package, ensuring you never miss a moment of entertainment. Please note that Wi-Fi is not available in our cottages. Each cottage includes BBQ facilities for your convenience, and wood is available upon request at an additional cost. To ensure safety for the little ones, the cottages are situated approximately 70m from the river and are separated by a fence with a locked gate.


Experience the comforts of home with our fully-equipped kitchens, featuring full-size fridge-freezers and stoves. One cottage includes a two-plate stove with a small oven, while the other two cottages provide a two-plate gas stove. Additionally, each kitchen includes convection microwaves, pots and pans, kettles, toasters, and all necessary cutlery. Complimentary coffee, tea, milk, sugar, salt, and pepper are also provided. Family games are available upon request, and a baby camping cot can be provided as well. Each bedroom features a wall-mounted heater and an air-conditioner for your comfort.


Our property offers ample entertainment for children, including swings and a large lawn for endless playtime. The river area is fenced off, and the entire property is protected by high fencing and a motorized gate, ensuring peace of mind during your stay. Rest assured, Warrenton is a safe town where you can fully embrace tranquility. For fishing enthusiasts, the river is home to Barbel, Carp, and Yellowfish, providing an opportunity to cast your line and reel in an unforgettable experience.


Supervised swimming is available for children in the river, but be sure to bring suitable water shoes. If cycling is your passion, bring along your mountain bike and explore the scenic gravel roads.
