Important Information
Welcome to Imvuko Safari Lodge! Please review our reservation terms and conditions carefully before confirming your booking. By proceeding, you agree to the following terms:
General Terms
Exclusive Use: Imvuko Safari Lodge is offered as an exclusive-use property. The lodge accommodates up to 9 adults and 2 children (under 12 years), ensuring complete privacy and tranquillity during your stay.
Check-in and Check-out Times:
Check-in: From 14:00
Check-out: By 10:00
Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged upon prior request and availability.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or our onsite card machine.
Cancellation Fees:
Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival: Full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made 15–30 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount is refundable.
Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival: No refund.
No-Shows: Full payment will be charged for no-shows.
Liability and Safety
Guests stay at their own risk. Imvuko Safari Lodge and its management are not liable for:
Any injury, loss, or damage to guests or their property.
Wildlife encounters on or near the property. Guests are advised to exercise caution and follow safety guidelines provided during their stay.
Children Supervision: Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times, especially near the pool, braai areas, and in the bush surroundings.
House Rules
Smoking is prohibited inside all rooms and communal areas. Designated smoking areas are available.
Noise levels should be kept to a minimum to respect the surrounding wildlife and neighbouring properties.
No pets are allowed on the property.
Activities and Add-Ons
Activities such as safaris, bush braais, guided walks, and fine dining experiences must be booked in advance to ensure availability.
Artwork displayed in the lodge is available for purchase. Payment can be made via the onsite card machine.
Force Majeure
Imvuko Safari Lodge will not be held liable for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to extreme weather, power outages, or political events.
