* Please be advised that any damages incurred to the property during your stay will be the sole responsibility of the guest. While we do not impose a breakage deposit, it is imperative to understand that guests are liable for any damages they cause. * Respect for Neighbours: Guests are expected to be considerate of the estate’s residents and their pets. This means maintaining a calm and respectful atmosphere at all times.
* No Rowdy Behaviour: The property is not suitable for disruptive behaviour, including excessive drinking or large, noisy gatherings.
* Failure to comply with these rules could result in fines or immediate eviction from the property. We value your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment.

* Pet Policy:

Smoking inside the premises is strictly prohibited.
Daily domestic services can be arranged at an additional cost, ranging from R350 to R400 per day.
* Refund and Cancellation Policy:
We have revised our refund and cancellation policy to adapt to current circumstances. Our property operates on a non-refundable deposit policy. Modifications or cancellations must be communicated at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Refunds will only be considered if the property can be re-rented for the entire duration and at the same rate. We encourage guests to obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including those related to COVID-19.
