Important Information
An additional Breakage/Security deposit of $500 is to be paid in cash on arrival, prior to the keys for the rental unit being handed over to the guest. Your breakage deposit will be reimbursed in full in cash on check-out, subject to an inspection of the property. Damage exceeding the breakage/security deposit will be billed to the client and be payable in cash on check-out.
We reserve the right to charge for lost keys or damaged locks. An amount of USD$50 for lost keys and USD$100 for lock replacements, will be levied. These amounts, if applicable, will be invoiced to the client and become payable in cash on check-out.
