★★★★★ We were booked for the wrong date on their system (guest house), then the power went of on arrival and we had to wait for an hour with no explanation before they booked us in. Then we were told we paid the wrong amount and had to pay more, but we paid the amount advertised on the website. Two of the staff members were also asleep in the common areas of the guest house when we arrived.

★★★★★ I was told that my name was not on the system. I waited for a while simce at firdt I was yold thst the rooms are full. Then later on, I was given a room that did not even have a bar fridge. I ws not happy at all after, I have recomended friends who also booked there after me n got better rooms thsn me. About 3 more rooms were booked because of my referral.
