If guests are travelling via a taxi or navigating to the property please go to Premier Lane as it will avoid carrying heavy luggage up a steep staircase. There is no elevator from the William Street entrance to the reception. Please note that there is a 1.5% surcharge when you pay with a credit card at the hotel.
