A damage deposit of CAD 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note prepaid credit cards and gift cards are note accepted. A photo ID and a credit card are required at check-in. The credit card holder's name must match the guest name upon booking or the reservation will be canceled with in 48 hours of booking. A prepayment of the first night will be charged once the reservation is made. If the credit card provided is declined we will cancel the reservation straight away. If the reservation is cancelled before the cancellation policy the first night stay fee will be refunded Please note, there is no lift on-site. Please note limited parking is available at this property, the car park can only accommodate small and medium sized cars.
