Important Information

This is a self-catering Airbnb-style accommodation, please ensure you have made all necessary inquiries before making the best decision to stay with us.

[ ] Check-in is between 13h00 - 16h00
[ ] A breakage deposit of R350 cash is requested on arrival, returned should property be left in clean mint state as was found with no breakages
[ ] Please don’t smoke inside the house
[ ] Please do not litter, All refuse must be disposed of in provided refuse bags.
[ ] We use a borehole system and water pressure might be affected during load shedding.
[ ] Provided Bathroom towels are for bathroom use and not pool.
[ ] Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the suite.
[ ] Guests will be held liable for any unauthorised entry and loss due to negligence
[ ] Necessary steps are taken to ensure the property is secure, the establishment shall not be held liable for any break-ins, theft, or criminal acts outside of our control.
[ ] Please close garages when leaving the suite.
[ ] Daytime reasonable number of visitors allowed, additional guests booking overnight must be booked and disclosed.
[ ] No violence, fighting, assault physical or verbal please, spread love only
[ ] No illegal business or unlawful acts.
[ ] No candles - we provide load-shedding lights that stay on limitedly even during load shedding.
[ ] We, unfortunately, have no control over load-shedding schedule, cable theft or anything Eskom, nor provide generators, nor is there any aircon or heaters provided aside from fireplace - wood at own cost.
[ ] Kindly do not use duvets or pillows without the duvet covers at any time
[ ] We reserve the right to request a small breakage deposit on arrival in cash, which will be refunded on departure
