CONDITIONS OF RESIDENCE & INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
As is required in terms of Section 49 of the Consumer Protection Act we specifically draw your attention to each of the terms and conditions below which you, by signing this form, agree that you have read, understood and agreed to before your stay:
Every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure your enjoyment, comfort and especially safety whilst visiting Hopefield Guesthouse. However, you acknowledge and agree that there may be risks associated with your stay and by signing you agree that: you specifically indemnify and hold harmless Hopefield Guesthouse, its agents and/or employees of Hopefield Guesthouse and Hopefield Farm against any claims, damages, liability or responsibility for any harm, injury, damages or loss to yourself or any person, including to property, including any loss of support or earnings (both past or future) of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising from or connected with your participation and whether or not such claims are caused by any act or omission, negligent or otherwise, of
Hopefield and/or anyone else.
- You, who signs this form, and is / will be accompanied by or visited by any other person, furthermore indemnify Hopefield Guesthouse in respect of such person(s) in relation to any claim against Hopefield Guesthouse as described in the preceding paragraph.
- All damages or destruction caused to any property/ physical building and or operational goods including and not limited to amenities whether accidental/ negligent or purposeful will be for the account and responsibility of the guest
- You shall be personally responsible for payment of any and all costs related to my accommodation at Hopefield Guesthouse, including (though not restricted to), room charges, the cost of all goods or services supplied to, consumed by or ordered by me, should they not be paid when they fall due.
- Cancellations: If cancellation within 15 or 30 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the payment is required. If cancellation within 14 days to date full payment is required. Any shortened stays will be charged at 100% of the booked stay.
- Rates are subject to change at any time.
- Right of admission is reserved.
