About Hoopenburg Guest House

Hoopenburg Guest House is situated on a 70 hectare boutique wine estate, with the lush garden attracting a wide range of birdlife. Sweeping views over the vineyards and lovely sunsets makes this a natural splendour. Relax at the pool or take a stroll through the vineyards to the wine cellar and enjoy a glass of wine. The location is very central and a great base to explore the nearby attractions, as well as a perfect spot for the business traveller. The guest house is a mere 30 minutes from Cape Town CBD and 10 minutes from Stellenbosch, with easy access to the N1 highway.

Wedding Venues: The lush garden with green lawns is a perfect setting for an outside venue. We host small intimate weddings for 40 to 80 guests.

Conference Venues: We cater for small conferences up to 10 delegates, with overhead projector, screen, flip chart, and fax available.

Covid Safety Approved: We pledge to implement a high standard of hygiene and cleaning protocols to ensure the safest environment possible for our guests. We adhere to the industry safety protocols set out by the Tourism Business Council of South Africa (TBCSA).

★★★★★ What a welcoming and comfortable environment! Preparing for our daughters wedding, nothing was too much to ask. Stunning setting. Lovely braai by the pool on Friday night. Nothing of Saturday mornings pre-wedding logistics felt rushed. Lovely breakfast and no hurry to see us go. Beautiful!Thank you very much for contributing to make our week-end extra special.
