* Late arrivals are charged R100-00 per hour(or part of it), after 21h00.
* If arriving after 21h30 there will be an extra fee of R 100.00 payable. (No further arrivals after 23h00).
* Departure - 09h00.
* The guest house is non-smoking. There are designated smoking areas outside.
* No cleaning services on weekends and public holidays.
* No noise after 23h00.
* Children must be supervised.

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total. If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit. If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit. If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
