About Hillton Manor
Hillton Manor is situated in an exclusive cul-de-sac in Meerensee, a delightful coastal suburb of Richards Bay in KwaZulu-Natal. Generous breakfasts are served in the dining room or on the patio, all overlooking the Mzingazi Lake and pool. Relax in the lounge or the cosy library or Coffee Bar. The Country Club and Golf course, beaches, shops and small crafts harbour, with it's numerous restaurants, are all in close proximity. Privacy and peace are offered for the discerning traveller. There are 8 air conditioned en-suite bedrooms each individually decorated.
1. Cancellation Policy:
This policy shall be applied in the event of a cancellation as stated:
No of days prior to arrival Cancellation Fee
- 30 Days 50% of the value of rooms will be charged
- 15-29 Days 75% of the value of rooms will be charged
- 0-15 Days 100% of the value of rooms will be charged
2. No Show Policy
A no-show is the non-arrival of a GUEST without notification in writing by email to the Guesthouse. In the case of a no-show, a no-show fee plus government Taxes and Levies will be levied gainst you. In the event where a deposit has been paid, these fees will be deducted from that amount.
3. Payment Terms
Bookings must be secured be payment of a percentage of the accomodation costs or by way of a billing voucher (for bookings made by 'n Travel Agent). Payment may be made via EFT into the banking details supplied on the bottom of this page or via credit card. Should a person fail to pay such deposit or present a billing voucher by the due date, the Guesthouse may treat the booking as having been cancelled without furthur notice.
4. Check-in is from 14h00 and Check-out by 10h00.
