We also have a newly built boardroom, swimming pool area, and pool house with exquisite views. We offer secure parking, daily housekeeping, and free high-speed Wi-Fi.Our place is ideal for the business traveler who wants a quiet place with scenic views and high speed internet. 1. Check –in: Guest are requested to provide an ID, passport or temporary residence card by law visitors must present personal documents for hotel records.
2. Check out: Check-out is at 11:00am. Please inform reception if you wish to check out later than the stipulated time. Extension will be given based on availability. If the room is available the normal fee will be charged.
3. Guest belongings: Guest are requested to lock the room doors and close windows when they are going out and also when going to bed. The guest is requested to take care of all their belongings and not leave valuables in the room. The management will not be responsible for any loss or damage to guests’ belongings and not leave valuables in the room, locker or any other part of the guesthouse including theft of pilferage. All vehicles parked within the premises are parked at own risk.
4. General: Bringing goods and or storing raw or exposed cinema film or any other articles of a combustible or hazardous nature or prohibited goods or goods of objectionable nature is prohibited. Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poison, drugs, animals and pungent food are strictly prohibited on premises. Using photographs and videos taken in the hotel for commercial or public purposes is illegal. Pets are not allowed. Children under 18 years should be supervised and accompanied by an adult.
5. Management’s right: it is agreed that the guest will conduct him/herself in a responsible manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the premises. The management has the right to request any guest to vacate their room or areas of the hotel forthwith, without previous notice or without assigning a reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when request to do so. In case of the default, the management has the right to remove the guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her/them.
6. Government rules & regulation & application Law: guests are requested to observe, abide by and conform to and be bound by all application acts and laws and government rules and regulations in force from time to time.
