Just 90 minutes from Cape Town, Highlands Eco Estate offers a remote, yet accessible escape from busy city life. The Cellar Rooms are each equipped with 2 three quarter beds which can be converted into a king-size bed. It has an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. It also boasts beautiful views of the valley.

The Pilot room is smaller but also has 2 three quarter beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. Each room is equipped with coffee and tea making facilities, a bar fridge, a TV with selected DStv channels and a seating area.

The Lodge Room is on the first floor of the lodge and comprises a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a spa bath, a shower, toilet and basin. It also features a fireplace for the colder, winter months, and a beautiful view.

The luxury cottage is further from the lodge and has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, a basin and a lounge. There are various private outside areas with a Jacuzzi.

The small, farming town of Piketberg lies at the foot of the Piketberg Mountain range, surrounded by fields of wheat that change colour with the seasons - from reddish brown to golden yellow in summer, and green in winter; vineyards, fruit farms and beautiful examples of indigenous fynbos.

Highlands Eco Estate provides nature lovers with magnificent hiking trails, mountain biking, bird watching and more. This is a working farm with blueberries.
