* Early check-in and late check-out will be subject to availability of rooms and at an additional cost which is payable to the hotel directly upon arrival.
* All guests booked to stay are required to carry a valid photo Identity proof (issued by a recognized Govt. authority) and the booking voucher to check-in at the Resort. Foreign nationals are required to carry their valid passport along with a valid visa as per the rules of the Goa Government. * Bookings once made for stay period between 01st December and 31st January will be non-amendable, non-cancellable and non-refundable.
* A minimum stay of 2 nights is required to book for stay period between 20th December and 03rd January.
* The Executive Suites can accommodate a maximum of 03 adults or 02 adult and 01 child. 1 extra bedding will be provided by hotel at an extra charge. The Ambassador Suites can accommodate a maximum of 06 adults or 04 adults and 02 children. 2 extra beddings will be provided by hotel at an extra charge.
