Important Information
Reservation Terms & Conditions – Hendrina’s Guesthouse
By making a reservation at Hendrina’s Guesthouse, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due upon arrival.
Full payment is required before check-in for long-term stays.
Payments can be made via bank transfer (proof of payment required) or cash.
2. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in time: From 2:00 PM
Check-out time: By 10:00 AM
If you wish to stay longer after check-out, a day visit fee of R100 per person will apply.
Please leave the keys outside the door if you want your room to be cleaned.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Deposits are non-refundable if a cancellation is made within 48 hours of check-in.
No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
Refunds are not provided once a guest has checked in.
4. House Rules
Alcohol is allowed but must not be publicly displayed in shared spaces—please pour it into a glass instead.
Quiet hours are between 8:00 PM and 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.
No smoking indoors—please use designated outdoor areas.
Swimming pool use is at your own risk. Pool opens at 11:00 AM and closes at 8:00 PM.
Any damages to the property will be charged to the responsible guest.
Gates are locked at 10:00 PM—if you require access after this time, arrangements must be made in advance.
5. Liability
Hendrina’s Guesthouse is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items or injuries occurring on the premises—guests enter at their own risk.
Disruptions, fighting, or disrespect towards staff will result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund.
Failure to abide by these rules may result in legal action.
