Important Information

Each unit has a Key & Breakages refundable deposit of R500 with the exception of Lavender& Thatch units which is R700. No refund will be made if rooms have been smoked in.
No smoking in the units or in the public areas.
Any type of function requires hiring of entire venue which includes all units and this includes birthday parties, etc.
No sound systems are allowed on the property and silence from 23:00.
Minimum three night stay during December.
Should you wish to do night fishing, please remember to bring your gas lamps.
No fireworks are allowed.
No swimming allowed in the river.
Please request, prior to booking, if you would like to have day visitors.
Boating facilities are available at a daily rate subject to quotation.Boat or wet bike launching on request per craft. Copy of Skippers Licence to be presented prior to launch.
NO TV's for viewing but can be used for gaming. We have a dish for each unit if you would like to bring your own with all the connections.
Please note: guests include children and grandparents.
We are pet friendly and should you wish to bring your pets with please contact Lynne / Ansie prior to checking in to confirm rules and costs We will need current vaccination certificates for rabies etc. There is an extra fee per night per pet. The Pet Policy needs to be signed on booking. Birds will have to be discussed.
Please follow our simple directions, on our booking confirmation, in order to have a safe and stress free trip. Check in is after 14h00 and before 18:00. Check out 10:00 Office closes at 18h00.
