Important Information
Payment Terms
50% deposit to be paid within 48 hours of making the booking (if booked only for one night or within 30 days prior to date of arrival, full payment is requested as deposit). Full payment of the total amount is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. We reserve the right to cancel any booking or reservation with a 30 day notice period should the deposit conditions not be met.
PEAK PERIOD (15 December to 28/29 February) - Full non- refundable payment required for all Peak Period booking and full payment is requested when booking is confirmed. Payments can be made by EFT or via a secure credit card link. All extras are to be settled on departure.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and modifications only confirmed once written confirmation is received. More than 30 days prior to arrival – 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
30 days or less, prior to arrival – 100% cancellation fee will be charged. Premature departure or no show – 100% cancellation fee will apply. A 10% cancellation fee will be applicable to all bookings No refunds applicable in PEAK PERIOD and a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
