Important Information
An Additional R 800.00 fully refundable (subject to damage) breakage deposit needs to be paid to the establishment via bank transfer after the booking has been made.
In the unfortunate event of a cancellation, the following policy is applicable: Should a booking be cancelled 60 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total paid to date, will be forfeited. If a booking is cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking fee will be forfeited. Should we be able to re-sell the chalet, the reservation fee will be waived but a 25% administration fee will be charged as well as the referral commission fee if applicable.
