GUBAS DE HOEK meet eat sleep is an eco-friendly, owner-managed guest house and self-catering situated in Robertson / Cape Winelands on the famous Route 62 closed to famous wine estates, shops, restaurants and the golf course.
The accommodation comprises 8 contemporary, cosy en-suite guest rooms (2 are wheel-chair friendly) with private entrance/terrace. GuBas de Hoek serves breakfast in the stylish lounge or on the garden terrace. All guests have access to a well-equipped guest kitchen in the garden.
Natural air condition is provided by thick walls, high ceilings and shutters to close.
The guest house also offers a self-catering cottage (4).
Guests can enjoy the huge landscaped garden with a saltwater pool, sunbeds, covered entertaining and lounge areas with an outdoor braai. There is a little lemon orchard, barefoot path, vita parkour and lots of art in the garden.
The travelling masseur treats the body and soul, your car is parked safe and with free WIFI you’ll stay connected.
Explore the Robertson Wine Valley Route with its famous wineries, the Robertson airfield, hiking and biking trails and lots of other activities for the family.

Spa: A travelling masseur can be arranged for you. For the foot massage, there is an barefoot path and a Vita Parkour available. One can refresh in the huge garden and the salt-water pool.

Conference Venues: We provide a perfect venue to meet the needs of those very special events such as weddings, weekend treats, anniversaries and rewards for very special people. Function room for 12 people, flip-chart, screen, LCD-Beamer.

Family friendly: We do have a guest kitchen, a nice pool, family rooms secured with a gate from the pool. We provide a cot for free and seats for the babies. Various amenities and jumping castles are closed by.

Romantic: We have a very nice Honeymoon room full of hearts and roses.

Covid Safety Approved: We do have measures and actions in place and follow the recommendations of the WHO operational considerations for COVID-19 management in the accommodation sector.

★★★★★ On arrival we were warmly greeted by Balbina who showed us around and made us feel so at home. The rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable. Unfortunately, we were only booked at GuBas De Hoek for one night but will definitely book for a longer stay in the future. I would highly recommend this guest house to anyone looking for upmarket accommodation.
