Gratitude Farm is a Country Retreat where the horses work as teachers. It is located 12km from the charming and quiet town of Riversdale at the feet of the Langeberge. Organic farm with own water from springs in the mountain. Long week-end or week retreats possible. The price includes one hour work every day with Vanessa and the Horses.

Important Information
We live in respect of nature and of the earth, and we appreciate our guests to know, before they commit to a booking that:
- they have to recycle, using our respective bins for plastic, glas, paper, cardboard, metal, and compost.
- we have animals free-ranging on the farm, and wild animals visiting. Please do not feed them, as they might then become very invasive, and disturb your stay or that of other guests
- we provide dish washing liquids and detergents which are bio-degradable and would like our guests to use them, as all that gets into the water, gets into the ground, in the rivers and water table. When strong detergents are used, this might cause arm to our free-ranging animals as well
- please park in the predestined areas, ask for advise if you are unsure
- please do not smoke inside the accommodation and be fire wise as we live in a high fire risk area with at times strong winds
- we have specific areas for braai - BBQ
