SINGLE SUPPLEMENT OF AN ADDITIONAL 20% ON APPLICABLE PER PERSON SHARING RATE PER NIGHT
CHILD POLICY:
- 0 - 1 Years - 10% of adult sharing rates
- 2 - 12 Years - 50% of adult sharing rates
- These rates are for children sharing with adults
PAYMENT POLICY
- Full Payment is due 30 days prior to the date of arrival.
- We reserve the right to cancel reservations should full payment not be received within 30 days prior to arrival.
- Full payment is required within 48 hours for bookings that commence within the following 30 days.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations are only valid if received in writing and acknowledged by both parties.
- A 100% cancellation fee is applicable if cancelled 30 or fewer days prior to arrival.
- Treatment of any cancellation falling outside of the above criteria will be subject to the discretion of Grassland Safari Lodge management.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Check-in from: 2 pm (but can be organized for earlier depending on the guest's needs)
- Check-out until: 10 am (but can be organized for later depending on guests' needs)
- All bank charges are to be covered by the guest, agent or operator. If a refund is paid by Grassland Safari Lodge, then the bank charges for the refund will be deducted from the refund payment.
