On a scale of 1-5 an 5 being the highest I would give it a zero. Safari now advertised that location has tv and wifi. When we got there the room did not have a fridge. We had to wait for about an hour for a fridge. The place did not have a tv, let alone DSTV and wifi was only at reception. When we complained we were told that Safarinow is falsely advertising and that theres nothing they can do about it. With that said I will not be making any bookings via Safari now. The service at Graskop was horrible.
