Granny Mouse Country House & Spa is situated in the picturesque KwaZulu Natal Midlands at the foothills of the uKhahlamba-Drakensberg, one of South Africa’s world heritage sites. It offers accommodation as quaint as the name of the hotel implies. Old-world charm, embedded in the foundations of the hotel, complements the rural ambiance and modern comforts of the rooms and venues.

Our accommodation, which has been newly refurbished, offers Garden Rooms, which face onto the gardens; Family Rooms, which sleep 4 and Deluxe Rooms, which overlook the Lion's River. Our newly built Deluxe Suites offer views of the Lion's River with corner lounges as well as panoramic views from the spacious window baths.

This elegant hotel with two award winning restaurants is also the proud holder of the Diners Club wine list "2013 Diamond Award" since 2010. The chefs are renowned for creating pairing menus which can be served in the intimate setting of the wine cellar or in one of the restaurants. The evening is ended in the newly launched smoking (cigar) lounge which is gaining a reputation for its single malts and range of cigars.
