Gorilla Safari Lodge is an upmarket facility which is tucked away at the boundary line of the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. It is home of the endangered mountain gorilla. This is the ideal base from which to start your gorilla trekking, as it is just a few metres away from the starting point.The lodge offers accommodation in nine en-suite, spacious and luxurious units with individual verandahs allowing excellent views towards the pristine tropical rain forest. Important Information
We are able to assist in obtaining Gorilla safari permits. Kindly supply the dates you would like for the safari and clients need to get a $500 permit rate in advance before they can head off to see the gorillas. The permit amount is excluded in the accommodation rate.
Gorilla permits can be researched at the Uganda Wildlife Authority.
